Interesting that the ship as the "eye" on it. It is usually meant to ward off the "evil eye".

Thank you for the pics.. my cousin has been living in Kuwait for awhile now. He loves it. We don't get to talk much and he has limited internet so just seeing the pics made it all the more "real" to me. Now I know why he enjoys living there... it's beautiful in it's own way!

I must say your reporting from Iraq has been both fair and accurate. Keep up the good work, honest journalism is uncommon these days. Good to see there is still honesty somewhere, even if its half way around the world.
