Changing the Channel
Since I'm out of original Middle East material (for now) and I don't feel particularly opinionated about domestic politics one way or the other, the content on this blog will soon become a bit more eclectic. Might as well go all out and start with this, overheard in Ann Althouse's comments section.
[T]he fun actually begins when you are a grown-up. Being a kid kind of sucks. When you are a kid you are short and stupid.(I guess it's time to change that banner up top to something more general, at least until I get back from Iran. Anyone have any ideas? I should, but I don't.)Responsibility kind of sucks, too, but that's the price you pay for booze and sex.
