Moving to Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan

In my last Tech Central Station column I said we should dump Uzbekistan's Islam Karimov as an “ally.” Nathan Hamm disagreed and said we should wait for him to dump us. Well, he dumped us.

That was quick.
