I think it's a laugh riot.

I assume people are concerned that a "Russian roulette" toy will encourage kids to actually play Russian roulette and blow their brains out.

How is that different from a normal toy gun encouraging kids to pick up a real gun and blow someone else's brains out?

Is the "bang I'm dead" game so different from the "bang you're dead" game?
